Built for ecommerce merchants who need clarity before a Google review
One scan. Three honest scores.
Lissa never hides an uncertain result inside a made-up score. Browser evidence is scored; connected-account and expert-judgement checks remain clearly marked for further review.
Identity, policies, product data, pricing, availability, checkout and technical risk signals.
Crawl clarity, metadata, canonical signals, internal linking and content structure.
Entity clarity, structured facts and machine-readable product, shipping and return information.
Evidence, not vague warnings
Each report shows the affected page, observed evidence, why it matters, what to fix and the relevant official reference. You can act yourself or ask PulseRig to validate the finding.
The refund policy says 30 days, while the FAQ states 14 days.

Clear limits. No surprise lockouts.
Cooldowns are measured from a successfully completed scan. A failed or abandoned scan will not use an allowance.
Example message after a free scan has been used
“Your next free scan is available on 18 September 2026 at 2:30pm UK time. Come back then, purchase a one-off scan for £5, or subscribe for one scan every 24 hours.”
A live website change may appear immediately, but caches, product feeds, structured data and Google's crawlers can take longer to process it. An immediate repeat scan rarely proves that Google has seen the correction.
Paid members receive a dashboard guide for inspecting changed URLs and requesting a recrawl through Google Search Console. Google explains that repeated requests do not make crawling faster and that a request does not guarantee indexing.
Read Google's official recrawl guidance ↗Free access permits one successfully completed public-store scan per rolling 30-day period for the same customer and store. During the cooldown, the customer may wait until the displayed reset date, purchase a £5 scan, or subscribe.
Paid plans permit one completed scan per rolling 24 hours. If the daily allowance is unused, Lissa may run the scheduled monitoring scan automatically. Attempts to evade limits using alternate emails, URL variants or duplicate accounts may be blocked.
Lissa Monitoring includes scans, reports, history, resources, and reasonable email or call guidance if a subscriber is suspended. It does not include hands-on changes to the store, Merchant Center, Ads account, feed or Search Console.
Lissa Full Protection includes the monitoring service and defined Essential Fix-level remediation for a suspension arising while the subscription is active, subject to authorised access, an eligible store and customer cooperation. It is a service plan—not insurance—and it cannot guarantee reinstatement.
Lissa uses the supplied store URL and email address to run the requested scan, enforce scan limits, deliver reports, secure the service and retain account history where applicable. Public website content and technical evidence may be recorded in the report.
Marketing permission is separate from service emails. Passwords, payment-card details and private account credentials must never be submitted through the public scan form.
Lissa provides evidence-led guidance from the pages and access available at scan time. A pass does not certify legal compliance or guarantee Google approval. Connected-account and judgement-based matters are shown as not assessed or needing human verification rather than being presented as automated facts.
Google and other platforms control their own crawling, indexing, approval and enforcement decisions.
